The mission of the Digital4Sustainability consortium is to help professionals and organizations to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape where digital technology and sustainability intersect. An important barrier to the twin transition is a skill shortage, which this program addresses. 

• Develop a digital sustainability skills strategy 
• Developing innovative training programs 
• Take a collaborative approach with 29 partners in 13 EU countries 
• Developing a long-term pan-European education and training initiative.  

Based on an analysis highlighting urgent, mid- and long-term skills needs, a skills strategy is developed. This is translated in a range of modular training programs, preferably with micro-credits attached to them. The programs are distributed across Europe.
