Consumer Behaviour Erasmus Network COBEREN

The Marketing, Market Research and Innovation research group is part of the Consumer Behaviour Erasmus Network (COBEREN). This network investigates consumer culture and consumer behaviour in Europe.
 
Europe has a population of over 500 million and consumer spending accounts for more than half of Europe's Gross National Income. Consumers are therefore crucial to European economic growth and employment.
 
The Marketing, Market Research and Innovation research group is part of the Consumer Behaviour Erasmus Network (COBEREN). This network is made up of experts from 30 different European countries (and the associated research groups), with experience in the fields of:

  • consumer behaviour
  • market research
  • international marketing

The purpose of COBEREN is to generate knowledge in this field for science, education and practice. In the first three years of COBEREN’s existence, its members have worked together on the visualization of cultural differences in the drinking behaviour of consumers.
