Hidde J. Leplaa MSc. has graduated in 2014 as a Social Psychologist. During his study he focusses on the way scientific research is conducted and analyzed. Hidde hasn’t only focused on quantitative research, which suits Social Psychology most, but also learned about qualitative research.
After his graduation he started working as Junior Teacher at the Utrecht University, in the department of Methods and Statistics at the Faculty of Social Sciences. In his job he teaches bachelor students in the field of Methodology and Statistics.
Since the start of April 2016 he works at the Research Group. Here he gives consultation to the members of the research group with regard to methodological and statistical issues with regard to the RAAK-PRO project.
Hidde wants to make complicated issues comprehensible for a broad audience. Through solid research methods and justified statistical procedures he tries to understand how we should interpret the (social) reality. In the field of working with mandated clients he thinks he can give a contribution to the society.
