Philippine conducts PhD research aboutthe interaction of organizational processes on behavior. She maps these processes and the perception of those processes with a combination of big data. This makes it visible how people go through processes, but also how those involved, experience every step in such a process. It also shows which external factors influence the behavior. The goal of this project is based on the concept for Story Mining as a big data technique. In this thesis "Story Mining: development of database-based tooling for identifying the interplay between narratives, structure and agency".
