Drs. Menno de Lind van Wijngaarden has been working as a lecturer in organizational science at the HU University of Applied Science since 2001. As a lecturer at the Institute for International Business Studies, he provides courses in Organization Theory, International Business, Innovation and Sustainability. He is the coordinator of the minor program Globalizing Business. He is also chairman of the test committee and a member of the curriculum committee of the Institute for International Business Studies. He has been working as a project manager since 1 January 2018 for the research group Financial and Economic Advising for Innovation (FAI). He is involved in the INTENSE project (INTernational ENtrepreneurship Skills Europe), a European partnership between partner universities, with the aim of joint curriculum development and consultancy for small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of internationalization.

As a researcher for the Financial and Economic Advisory Department at Innovation, he wants to promote the internationalization of the university, students and small and medium-sized businesses. He would like to bring students into contact with SMEs through advisory projects in the field of sustainability and internationalization.
