The PhD research: SME Governance, Growth and Continuity
Earlier research shows that mismanagement or bad governance is one of the main causes causing SMEs to topple. The practical aim of the PhD research is to develop an instrument that enables small and medium-sized businesses to quickly see what is going well within the company and which elements require further attention to successfully complete a growth phase and ensure the continuity of the company.
