The Faculty of Economics and Management’s (FEM) Research Centre is referred to as the Innovation and Business Centre, or InnBus.
The InnBus Research Centre generates knowledge for and with SME in the Utrecht region. It also offers business support for innovation. The three pillars of the Research Centre are education, research and professional practice. The strength of the Research Centre lies in the synergy between these three pillars. This synergy is shaped by knowledge dissemination between professional practice, researchers and the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. This enables the Research Centre to contribute to the innovation capacity in the region.
This demands intensive collaboration within the Research Centre, where the translation of knowledge into education is an important focus point, and particularly collaboration with professional practice. Your professional practice is the most important aspect of our learning; an aspect from which you as an entrepreneur will ultimately benefit, both in terms of concrete projects, as well as in the long-term.
The HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht has created an advisory board for the InnBus Research Centre.
